Popped my chick fil a cherry today. Living in Ny, this fast food establishment has been on my list to eat. The location was very clean and hipster. All the condiments and utensils were organized. It didn't look like a typical fast food restaurant. There was a wooden table in the middle with a light fixture made of glass bottles. We originally ordered to go and were asked to wait at the pick up location while a server brought out the food to us. But we were so hungry that we just ate there. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was so good. Little chunks of pickles inside and each bite had a kick. The chicken tenders were so crispy. If you don't want to go inside to order, there is a double drive thru!

This restaurant is fairly new to the area having only been opened a few months. Every time I come it is basically to grab food through the drive thru. I have yet to eat in so my experience may be different than others. Food wise, it is consistent and I have not had any issues with quality. Service is very slow. Especially through the drive thru. I have consistently waited over 10 minutes when there have been about 4 cars in the drive thru. On weekends, it's worse. Especially when both lanes are going and the line goes down to Federal. I definitely think this is something that should be addressed. I'm glad we finally have a Chic Fil A in the neighborhood, but I'm definitely not going as often as I would have if the turn around time was better.

Though the Chick-fil-A on North Federal in Pompano is bigger, better in design and offers such amenities as a child's play area and some outside seating, this Chick-fil-A is very nice as well. The interior is of an inviting design with everything spotlessly clean. The staff is also totally professional, well trained and polite. What I really like, as with other Chick-fil-A restaurants is being able to place an order, then being able to sit down and have it served to you instead of standing around in the line. Also, since all of the foods at Chick-fil-A are the same, they are consistently good, particularly for a fast food outlet. One nice thing about being here, which may sound meaningless or insignificant, but was have vase full of fresh flowers on my table. To me, it makes things bit snazzier, being one of this little extra touches that indicates that they care. As I always do, I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich which I always enjoy when smothered in both their original and their Polynesian sauces; a really tasty sandwich at a really good price.

I think this location is working out the new location kinks. Since this is the closest location to downtown, east FTL people who have been hiking out to Davie or Pompano to indulge on chicken are overwhelming it. The double drive through is always flooding nearly out to US1. The lines inside aren't much better. The staff is trying, but I don't think they are 100% able to handle the demand effectively. We ordered spicy chicken and chicken nugget combos after finding the line that was actually for ordering and not people hovering to get food or drink refills. We were also waiting in a line that somehow the woman taking orders just stopped and closed the cash register to do some other task. The manager was doing his best to allocate staff to the right places. I will try this location again when the hype is dying down and update my review.

The world's slowest and most inconsistent Chick-Fil-A store. It's worth a 30 minute drive to go to a better Chick-Fil-A. The breakfast sign is changed 5-10 minutes early after waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes with only 5 cars in front of you. Rock solid biscuits. Soggy tortillas for breakfast burritos. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointed meal.

I find it very disappointing to see such poor reviews of this brand new location. The entire staff aside from the managers seems to be about ages 20 and under. They are VERY young and of course they arent perfect. For many of them this is probably their first job. Every employee I encountered was extremely polite. I had the door held for me on the way in, my order taken and brought to me, my drink refilled, my garbage taken from me, and the door held for me on the way out. I did not have to ask once for anything. I could hear an impatient old man complaining about the line and the wait. Guess what buddy, you're at a new restaurant on a Saturday afternoon what else do you expect? These kids were clearly working hard and doing their damn best. It is so disrespectful and disheartening for a young employee in the restaurant industry to hear such things, dont make them feel bad. Give them constructive criticism rather than a poor attitude. As for the reviewer leaving a one star review because of the corporate beliefs, you are pathetic. In no way, shape, or form does that portray the beliefs of the employees of this new location. Grow up. I had a great experience here and will be back again even if finding parking can be a little tough. And to the two young ladies that were on their breaks at the table next to mine, thank you so much for offering to take my tray when you werent even on the clock as well as for the adorable compliments on my hair and dress. That shows such character and I will be sure to find out your names next time to let your manager know how sweet you both are.

This is the best chick-fil-a location I've ever eaten at. Very clean, efficient, accommodating, and dependable. The manager Nick was so pleasant and really went above and beyond to provide us excellent service!

Great location, though a new restaurant in the area, the staff seem very well trained and they all give great customer service, I've had lunch there many times and I have never been dissatisfied. Their food, as always, is great! Kudos to the employees and management! Keep up the good work!

I love CFA! Be prepared this location is new and super busy still. But the service is great and amazingly considerate given the chaos. I love the nuggets and sweet tea. Also it is a nice facility and good location. Extra parking behind building.

Now normally, this would be a very average Fast-Food encounter however I always expect that the service at Chick-fil-a is better than your average Fast-Food restaurant. I have absolutely never had a bad encounter with chick-fil-a. Until today. First of all there are two lines, but one is almost inaccessible because not only is it confusing but with the cones up and the way people hog the little space there is to get through its hard to even use it. The long wait is very inconvenient. Then there's the attitude I received from the cashier with frizzy hair. My receipt says Stacey. Although she may have not said anything rude to me, her eye contact said it all. I understand that Chick-fil-a trains its employees on how to speak politely to customers however non-verbal communication is key. The young gentleman, who was very friendly and polite that handed me my food smiled at me. When she realized I was still at the window she gave me a very dirty look until I felt uncomfortable and reminded her that I still did not receive my drink. The young man politely handed me my drink and I drove off as this was my first and last time at this location.

Sometimes their food is incredibly fresh and tasty. Other times it's not so great. I get when they are slammed, that things might be overlooked. However, this morning I went for breakfast. There were two other cars in the drive through. The breakfast potatoes were crappy and soggy and falling apart.

Before Chick-fil-A opened I have never had or was like: "Chick-fil-A?" And ever since the very fist time I went there I was like "WOW! I love it!" Why? Because of the best service and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very positive, pleasant and very VERY CLEAN & with a hint of sparkle along fresh flowers of daisies (I think that's what they are...) The food is yummy in my tummy especially the breakfast coffee. The coffee tastes SO DARN GOOD and the background story of how coffee is produced and where it comes from it's very inspiring. I like the fact how the company is doing about the coffee production by looking & reading the website of the company. What more can I say? The place is awesome and so much better than Boca Raton. Keep up the good work! There is no other place that provides exceptional service, it kind of reminds me omotenashi in Japan. :)

What I loved about this place is that the staff is so well trained. They were extremely gracious, even about correcting an error in my order. While sitting in the restaurant, several of the staff were busy cleaning tables and generally picking up and keeping things in order, and they asked me if I needed any condiments, napkins or utensils from the bar in the middle of the restaurant, and brought me what I needed; each time stating that it was their pleasure to serve me. That is what great service is about, and what seems to be missing from most businesses these days. Their service is always excellent, and with a genuine smile because they actually like serving you. Plus, the food is great, and their chicken has less byproducts and is much more natural than the other fast food restaurants. Great restaurant!

Walked into this restaurant like 2 days ago like a regular guest , and I was patiently waiting in line to order and I see this guy with a burgundy polo on and I was surprised to see how ugly and bad his attitude was . It looks like someone took his pride away honestly I dont belive that he belongs in that restaurant , everybody has a positive attitude in that restaurant but it was just that guy he looks spanish and has a mustache . It really just ruined my day eating at the restaurant , he did not look happy at all , I think that the owner of this restaurant should talk to this guy or let him go or I would call corporate or something because seeing him like that basically messed up my day with my kids ... I had to eat at the chick fil a in pompano with my 3 kids and husband just because of this guy . And the chick fil a in pompano was so much better I felt better than ever , saw beautiful smiles on all the team members faces , I recommend eating at the one in pompano to anybody . Worst one I been to was the one in fort lauderdale , let this spanish guy go or something , very disappointed with this facility and this guy .
